Why Salah Is Important

All Muslims follow the five pillars of Islam. A Salah is obligatory to follow along with it as this is a mandatory duty. 

It's the second pillar of Islam and testimony of the Muslim faith, and without it, no one can become a Muslim. But we can't deny the multiple benefits that manifest their importance. 

 Rule and Guidelines To Pray Salah
 So you have to follow proper instructions and a specific structure to follow salah.
Specific instructions are to perform the following prayers:
 Fajar: Performed before sunrise

Zohar: Performed at midday/afternoon

Asar: Performed between sunset and Zohar

Maghrib: Performed at sunset

Isha: This should be performed between maghrib and midnight.

This should be performed between maghrib and midnight. These are obligatory prayers, but Muslims also perform other prayers for their benefit. However, people perform voluntary prayers in the month of Holy Ramadhan. You can't perform obligatory prayers without the initiation of adhan. This is an act that connects you with your Lord.

 Benefits of Salah:
 The most significant benefit of salah is that it prevents you from sins and maintains your faith and devotion to Allah. Furthermore, it also increases taqwa and remains mindful of the significance of faith and submission to Allah SWT. But Mostly Friday prayers are performed in the mosque and led by Imam Masjid. Besides spiritual benefits, it improves our mental and physical health if we perform it in the right way. A person is accustomed to the feeling of God if he prays five times a day.
